Being in control of both assembly and bare board manufacture has several advantages. Our knowledge of assembly techniques and processes ensures that when Artworks are generated they are optimised with assembly in mind.

Having in-depth knowledge of electronic components enables us confirm component lead holes or SMD pads are correct when designing Artworks. When necessary, assembly jigs and aids can be produced alongside the bare boards to prevent delays in assembly.

Having qualified electronic engineers on site can help in sorting out problems encountered with customer supplied information when layouts are being generated.
