We are able to take a client’s specification and realise their vision of a finished component.

We work closely with our client’s engineers to ensure the appropriate technologies are incorporated into the product design, whilst applying our own knowledge of the required manufacturing skills and techniques available to aid the most cost effective development process.

Prior to manufacture a full set of data is made available to the client to allow them to inspect the design, this is in addition to our own strict verification procedures.

FRONT-END TOOLING

Our front-end tooling systems convert CAD data into full manufacturing information consisting of precision photo tools, drill/route programmes for our CNC drilling machines, and accurate copper plating area measurement.

All data is subject to design rule checking prior to generation, followed by the production of drill and route templates to verify hole sizes, hole positions and the overall board dimensions.
