Both conventional, through hole and surface mount assembly techniques are available for printed circuit board assembly.

To facilitate the assembly of surface mount boards we have a dedicated surface mount assembly area comprising of semi-automatic solder paste station, fully automated pick and place machine that enables us to position fine pitch SMD devices and BGA’s together with the ability to perform on the fly electrical component testing, twin camera precision component placement and off line programming to ensure accurate and efficient component placement (up to 4000 components per hour) with a fully automated reflow oven capable of storing profiles for individual boards. In house solder paste stencils are produced saving valuable time and expense.

Cable assemblies, rack and unit wiring, mechanical assemblies and machining are additional services available.
